GENERAL TSO’S PORK STIR-FRY
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1½ lbs. (.680 kg) pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Perfect Pork Rub & Seasoning (Retired)
½ red and 1/2 green peppers, sliced
20-25 fresh green beans
½ cup General Tso’s Sauce
¼ cup orange juice
3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork tenderloin and sprinkle with seasonings, cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes; remove from skillet. Add peppers and green beans and remaining olive oil to skillet; stir-fry 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Stir in sauce and orange juice; bring to a light simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add pork to warm. Serve over rice.
